Date of Wedding: 22nd February 2014 Marriage Location: Somerset Register Office (Taunton), The Old Municipal Buildings, Corporation Street, Taunton, Somerset Reception: The Phoenix Hotel, 17 Fore Street, Chard, Somerset
Terry and Jackie invited approximately 50 guests to witness their marriage at the Taunton Registry Office. Although this was a February wedding, in this year of record floods, the weather decided to behave itself - although I think the girls were a little chilly during the outside shots - but at least we got them - your suffering will be worth it girls - well done!
Dress code for this wedding was traditional and the couple chose red for their colour theme.
Jackie had 3 bridesmaids in all - they all looked gorgeous in their full length, off the shoulder red dresses - they were made up of her friend Debbie(Chief Bridesmaid) and friends Kloudia and Jordan. Nieces Katie and Luna were as cute as you like little Flower Girls.
Jackie wore white and looked stunning in her dress.
Terry chose his friend Jamie as his Best Man and friends Jes and Ben as his Ushers. Little Jamie did a super job as Page Boy.
Jackie's son Josh gave his Mother away at the marriage ceremony and did a fabulous job during the day - I'm sure his Mother was very proud of her son.
All the groomsmen were dressed in formal morning black suits with matching red accessories. They looked incredible - great job Terry!
After a quick and chillish photo session in the area to the rear of the Registry Office the bridal party moved onto Vivary Park to finish the outdoor photographs.
In need of warmth and a little refreshment we all then made our way to The Phoenix Hotel in Chard where the marriage celebrations were to take place. The Phoenix Hotel had been prepared magnificently with a lot of credit to Debbie who provided much of the stationery accessories.
The Phoenix Hotel provided a very nice and well received Wedding Breakfast followed by a fabulous set of speeches - well done to all three speakers - not bad for winging it Jamie!
Terry & Jackie what a lovely Wedding Day - it was a privilege to share it with you, your family and friends.
